What the..😳

Okay... I have three period apps on my phone, they have never been on the same page as far as my expected period date.. two of them would be like a day or two behind each other ANYWAY all of them actually had the same information this month.. SO since last week I had been feeling sick, mild cramps, I’ve been tired but couldn’t sleep etc.. I was up Thursday morning around 5am and I went to go wipe and saw a little blood.. So I’m like dang my period started, it wasn’t supposed to come Saturday.. I went to go buy pads.. I woke up later Thursday and it was only a little discharge on the pad with a tiny bit of red tint but not really.. long story short.. I’ve been changing pads when I bathe and go to the bathroom but there’s nothing on them.. my period just disappeared.. wtf is this???
