Lactating

I know this sounds crazy but I want to know if anyone else has experienced this. I have two children. Both of whom I breastfed. We recently started trying to get pregnant again and I’ve noticed I have started lactating. It’s too early to test for pregnancy but could this be a sign? Has this happened to anyone else?
