Stupid question I know! But....

Has anyone had a BFN cause they tested early but then later had a BFP? I stupidly tested like 7 days early today and it was a strong negative! No faint line etc, I thought maybe a small amount of HCG would have give me a faint line? Please give me some hope 😭😭😭
