Please help...
So I really really want to lose weight. I’m tired of feeling this way about myself. I got a gym membership and downloaded a few apps to help me keep track of progress and food I eat. Only problem is I can’t seem to come up with a diet plan. I’m so picky. I don’t like sea food besides grilled shrimp anything else I gag. I can’t even look at fish or tuna. I can eat green beans, corn, cucumbers,lettuce and olives about the only vegetables I like. All the diets I look up have a lot of fish and vegetables. If anyone knows of a good diet that would help, or an app, or maybe wanna help me make a diet plan? Please please. This is a life changing choice. This isn’t just a diet that I’ll do till I lose the weight. I want to be healthy and happy when I look in the mirror. I need to lower 45 pounds to get to my goal weight. Please help me....
