How’s y’alls water consumption?
So I’ve noticed that the days i don’t drink a ton of water are the days i feel my symptoms more (fatigue, nausea, food aversions ect.). But most days i am able to keep up with my water intake and i notice i feel so much better. Has this been true to anyone else? I’m not saying just 1 bottle either. I drink usually more than 80 oz a day.
