Is this OPK positive??

So I have been TTC for 3 months and I just started doing opk and bbt.

My cycle started on 07/14/2015 I'm on CD14. I decided to start opk testing today. 

Is thsi ovulation Positive?? Or am I just seeing things. I wanted confirmation before getting excited. I been off depo for 5 months and been taking EPO 500mg twice a day and Vitex 40mg once a day. I been nervous and upset about TTC because of the horror stories I heard about being on depo. I heard that it stops ovulation for 6months for a year
