100% Apple juice for constipation?

I’m severely constipated and it did work before when I was younger, but now that my issue is that the stool is just too hard and that’s why it won’t pass, I’m not sure if apple juice will help.

Coffee works and if you don’t like coffee then fiber one bars, also apple, cranberry, prune or grape juice mixed together. Don’t need much maybe 12 oz as a whole

What I do is drink like 30 oz of apple juice, 12 oz cranberry juice and a small glass of prune juice.

Drink a glass of prune juice mixed with the apple juice in the morning and drink a lot of water through the day. Take a stool softener if all else fails.
