A food place can not legally sell raw batter, it's a safety hazard. So I don't belive the lava cakes contain raw egg. :)

I hate you for posting this. 😭 I love these and I'm completely fixing my diet to include hardly any processed foods to organic and natural sugars (such as apples)...I wonder if I can find a natural recipe for these...

It depends on how they are made. If it's a version where the inside is raw batter then no, if they put a fudge in the center that would be okay. Not sure how you would find out. My solution is get these at the grocery store for your fix its fudge inside of a cookie so it's safe and oh so good. I think I moaned the first time I had these and I wasn't even preggers.

I'd say unless you've got gestational diabetes then go for it! Sounds amazing
