Hey all. I'm 6.5 weeks pregnant and have developed a oval shape elevated scaly patch on my chest. After some googling I'm fairly certain it's something called pityriasis rosea which is most common in pregnant women and children. It starts with the "mother patch" and supposedly spreads to smaller rash spots. I have a derm appt on Wednesday and my first on appt on Thursday so I will confirm then but was curious if anyone else has had this...especially during pregnancy? Some kinda scary studies regarding increased chance of miscarriage... Would love to know your experiences...
