Will I ever get pregnant?

I feel like it will never happen for me :( continuously getting lines all the time that are actually false positives and it's beginning to break my heart :( I've been ttc for 13 months and it's starting to feel like torture.. I'm trying my hardest and doing everything possible but it's just not happening :( my neighbour started trying for her third baby about 3 1/2 weeks ago and guess what? She is pregnant :(! What's wrong with me? ?
