Nail growing into skin 😰

My nearly 3 week olds big toe nails have skin over the top of them! I noticed at birth but just assumed it was flaky nail and didn’t have a good look until I was cutting her finger nails and wanted to check her toes. I’ve attached pictures, has anyone ever seen this before?
