Survivor/Donor baby what are their rights?

So I’ve posted this before maybe a year ago possibly. But I wanted to ask something further.
For those who don’t know what I mean here’s a bit of info

Now for the babies who are conceived only for the purpose of saving an existing sick sibling what do you think their rights are and when do they begin. 
I’m asking because as I’m watching “my sister’s keeper” I see the donor baby sibling fighting for medical emancipation at age 11 and the mom is fighting to have that be null and void for her own child because she wants to desperately save the sick sibling.
Should these kids have case workers to monitor the procedures they have to undergo starting at birth? Or should it be around a certain age like 5 or older?
I’ve been seeing a couple shows where there is a person who is the donor baby speak about their life and how they felt about not being conceived out of love but only out of desperation to save their siblings.
So I wanted to open it up to you guys what do you think?

Savior siblings shouldn't even be a thing at all, whether procedures begin in infancy or whether they're five years old or even fifteen years old. It's awful and gross. People who do this should have both children taken from their care since they can't think rationally.

I didn't even know this was a thing. Just the thought of it makes me sick to my stomach. I can't believe anyone would think it is okay to bring a whole human into existence just to salvage them for parts like an old automobile. They should have the same rights as every other human on this planet.

I hate that it’s even a thing. I felt so bad for the little girl in My Sister’s Keeper because she wasn’t even having a childhood; she spent all those years getting procedure after procedure against her will.

I’m sorry, I LOVE my daughter more than life itself, but I could NEVER produce another child to be spare parts for her if she were sick. I couldn’t.

Just came to say if you haven't you should read the book instead or watch it with the "alternate ending". That movie was an awful rendition of the book.
I don't agree with the idea of survival siblings but I also have never been in the position to feel so desperate that was my only hope for saving my child.

I think it's awful for something like this to exist yet they don't support stem cell research. You mean to tell me we can use aborted fetuses for research to help living people? It's wrong people say yet this is a thing using a living person as a donor against their will... To do something like that to put a siblings life in the hands of a child like that is wrong. It's wrong to do this. I can't believe people would consider this... It's wrong.

I honestly think the whole idea of it is heartbreaking and cruel. My Sisters Keeper made me cry like a little bitch so I can’t imagine actually seeing your own HEALTHY child being wheeled away into unnecessary surgery after surgery. Like the way the girl was crying and begging for her mom just broke me.

I don’t think children should be born for the purpose of ‘parts’ to begin with. They aren’t an old beater car that you can remove parts from to fix your nice car, they’re a human being. 
Being born for the sole purpose of saving the other child’s life is sickening. The child is going to spend their life feeling like they’re wanted for nothing more than a sacrifice for the ‘wanted’ sibling. They’re likely treated differently in a negative way (because what parent truly loves their child if they only wanted them and only ‘use’ them for body parts?) They’re likely going to be traumatized to some degree from the upbringing with that mentality. They’re likely going to eventually resent the family and deal with mental health issues such as depression. I’m failing to see why anyone would be okay with this.

I have never heard of this and I have done IVF for all my babies due to infertility.  I would
Never do it in this sense though.  It’s messed up in my opinion.  But I wonder where this is happening all the time when I have been in the IVF world for 11 years now and not once have I heard of this.
