Screaming during changing

DS is 3m old & as of late has started screaming real tears when being changed (clothes). I only change him once in the morning for day clothes and then into his PJ's at night. the worst time is after a bath, it sounds like torture :( He gets himself so worked up that he goes all red in the face & will only be consoled when it's done and he's being rocked in my arms again.

He never used to hate being changed & it's now become something been both dread 😫

Any suggestions?
