I wont have them, since it is only needed if mom has an STD

The phrasing is strange on this question.... like they don't default to that and make you sign forms to choose not to do it. Most of the US won't let you leave the hospital without the ointment or a big fight.

I didn’t know anything about it the first time so the hospital just did it. We will be declining this time around.

I didn’t notice any eye ointment on him, but it doesn’t mean it didn’t happen. He laid on me for 2 hrs.
