Okay I have used one the past 3 years, most people think it makes you loose fat or loose fat specifically in your waist that's a lie. I've lost about 6 inches in 3 years and what they are meant for is to bend your ribs not your waist off your fat or your organs only your ribs now if you have a belly this is NOT for you. You can really hurt yourself if you aren't careful if you are looking to loose fat or water weight in your waists there is a way to do that and that is through diet , exercise and a heat keeper you can find them at Walmart and they keep heat in side them and it makes your skin sweat there under it and yes they stink !
