First night home with baby #2

My two year old is refusing to sleep. Sitting in her room for the past 1.5 hours making her lay down. My newborn is fighting latching and I can hear her stomach rumble. I’m trying to quietly feed her while sitting in a rocking chair in the dark in her sisters room telling her to lay down and go to sleep.

Where is my husband you ask?

Laying in bed in the next room saying if we had bottles he could feed on newborn 😡 he supports breast feeding when it is convenient with him. He also saying he is sick and has diarrhea from supper. FYI he is always saying he is sick to his stomach from food it’s a daily guessing game what will set his anxiety off and make him feel sick. He couldn’t handle getting our 2 year old Asleep he never did it before without getting to frustrated and having me step in.

What a fun first night. I am now going to go sleep on the couch so I can not deal with him when baby is awake all night struggling to eat.

Had to vent somewhere so I wouldn’t start crying.
