No symptoms of pregnancy

I got the + 2 weeks ago when I found out I'm pregnant BUT I HAD TO REASSURE myself bc I just don't feel preg?! Im due march17 so guessing about 6 weeks now.. But anyone else have like no symptoms except sore boobs here and there? So I made my bc get me another test for re assurance I'm a nut
