Pregnancy & Exercise
For all ladies who want to remain motivated to eat healthy and exercise during pregnancy!
My husband and I's schedule is very backwards and messed up and I'm ashamed I haven't been exercising the way I should have been since I found out I was pregnant. However, today I finally put my foot down and started my first day of yoga. I found a 30 minute prenatal yoga video on YouTube and although it was my first day, I love it! I feel great and refreshed and I didn't realize how tense I was, especially in my stomach, back, and hips. Has anyone else done prenatal yoga and had success?
