Freaking out! Missed estrogen dose.
So I'm on Vivelle estrogen patches. I have been good about changing my patches, but today I took them off and forgot to put a new one on. It will be about a 7 hour window that I don't have on a patch. Anyone do this but have a successful pregnacy.
I cant believe i did this. Im terrified.
