Am I not pregnant anymore?

My symptoms seem to have disapeared. Has this happened to anyone before? My appointment is Thursday but I’m freakin out. HELP

No dont worry I'm 12 weeks and 3 days some days I dont feel pregnant. I freaked out to at 7 weeks but my doctor said it's normal for them to come and go and for new ones to show up. As long as there is no Blood and cramps.

With this pregnancy I went from awful morning sickness and hot flashes to nothing. I am 20 weeks and the only thing that reminds me that I am pregnant sometimes is baby girl kicking me.
Try not to stress, I am sure everything is okay.

I’ll be 8 weeks Tuesday and lost my symptoms a few days ago. They are back again :,^)! Dont worry yourself.

I feel worried that my symptoms have stopped... I even asked my brothers ex gf if it's normal to miss the symptoms as I worry it's making me not pregnant. But it's normal xx
