Help..

I hope I don't sound stupid but I was wondering if you can still get period like cramps and be pregnant or is it definitely af coming? I have had extremely sore boobs since ovulation, cramping, a few headaches and backache if that helps. I had taken a pregnancy test today at 10dpo and im sure it was a negative.
