Signs of miscarriage?

What were your signs and symptoms?? Terrified to have one.

I had no symptoms, I went to my scan at 9 weeks 5days and there was no heartbeat. Baby was measuring 9weeks. I had no bleeding. I was worried when I found out I was pregnant too I think that’s natural. Try not to worry. Good luck x☺️

I had zero symptoms until we went in for an ultrasound and the baby had a very slow heart rate. Try not to worry about it! Keep positive thoughts!

I had spotting and very bad cramps (worse than menstrual cramps). The day I found out I was having a miscarriage it hurt so bad, on the way to the ER it was difficult to sit down because of the pain from my back side, after they gave me a shot I was fine and cramps went away
