Do you think I should get a mobile for my baby? He seems bored when laying in his bassinet, he just stares at the ceiling.

I wouldn’t. It can overstimulate them too much, when bed is meant for sleeping. They’re kinda meant to be bored in there

I think it’ll help stimulate his brain when he’s awake. He can see shapes and maybe colors. Maybe distance? Depends on age. I hate watching my baby stare into space. But when he’s tired, he sleeps. It isn’t a distraction at all. Just something to explore when he is awake. Oh and I put him in his napper during the day and change locations almost every nap so he has some other stimulation like sights, sounds or air.

If he content looking at the boring ceiling or boring ceiling fan, I would skip it.  One less thing you need to spend money on.
