Need some advice
Hello everyone I decided to step onto the scale the other day and did not like what it said and I want some help trying to loose about 10-20 pounds but I have no much junk in my house from roommates and I have no idea what to do also when I am bored I eat.. I know it’s a terrible thing. I’m gonna talk to my boyfriend about going to the gym together, I really want to get rid of my belly fat but what else can I do!? Thank you ☺️
