HCG Levels = Super Nervous

Hello you beautiful ladies! So I just recently found out I’m pregnant. All super excited and what not. However I got my levels checked and the first was 62, the second was 70. Now I have read a lot of different things. I had some spotting for a little less than a week but it has stopped. Now my doctor is obviously having me get them checked again but he is already telling me this means miscarriage or ectopic. He went on to do the whole I’m so sorry and if there is anything I can do let me know. Now I’m a believer in god however I am nervous and scared seeming how my second son was born at 25 weeks. But they told me he had a less than 1% chance to make it. My baby boy is 3years old and healthy now. Can someone please give me some relief or something I’m going crazy!!!
