Back labor???

Question

For those of you who had back labor how did it start.
Friday I had pretry bad back pain for about an hour. Got home and was spotting.
Then nothing sat.
Now the past 2h I have been having on and off lower back pain.
Curious how others with back labor started.

It sucks. The only thing that helped me was the jets in the bathtub but because I was on PIT I couldn’t sit in there the whole time and it killed me. They made me sit in the bed and I cried until I got the epidural

Thanks everyone. As of now it was nothing. I actually had back labor with my first. By I was induced by the dr breaking my water. I went from 1cm to pushing in 2h. Lagit everything in my body hurt soooo bad with no time in between. There was no timing my contractions. Soooo I feel like I have NO idea what to expect this time. It was weird how it would come and go. I have a dr apt today and induction tomorrow(if we don't change our mind) so not much more waiting here.

It was timed the same like contractions, but intense bursts of lower back pain instead of whatever else people feel. It felt a lot like my period cramps, which I get in my back.

It’s like a backache like no other! It had me jumping out of bed freaking out every time I had a contraction. Lol It’s definitely not like a mild backache. It feels like every nerve in your lower back is pinched.

I had back contractions this time around. Started as “normal” contractions and as they progressed, went into my low back. Definitely a back pain I’d never felt before. I found them very unpleasant and couldn’t wait for the epidural!
