Dip on almost 5 yr old head

So I’m probably over worrying lol but does anyone’s toddler still have kind of a dip near where their soft spot was? It’s more to the right. I never mess with her head but I was scratching it when we were cuddling and noticed the dip. I’m sure it’s fine. Part of me wants to ask her pedi but then part of me is worried she thinks we did something to her. Even though we never go in besides her yearly’s. 😫 she busted her head twice. Once when she was 4 and 2. Because she was fell down our two stairs then nicked her head running to fast. But more of her forehead. Help my anxiety and tell me this is normal 😂 before I go crazy lol
