False positive on clearblue?

Question

Has anyone had a false positive on a digital clear blue? I took one and it came out positive but when I went to planned parenthood I got a negative. The day after I took another pregnancy test (a pink equate one) and it also came out negative. I don’t know which test to trust!

It could have been a chemical pregnancy. Getting a false positive on a digital is highly unlikely

Pregnancy tests work by detecting a hormone that’s only produced when a fertilized egg attaches to the uterine wall and the hormone level rises if the pregnancy continues.  The test cannot detect what is not there. If it detected the hormone you are or at least were pregnant.  Risk of miscarriage is highest in first few weeks. 
I had a positive test once and then bled 2 weeks later. Took another test and it was negative. Then went to the doctor and got a blood test which is more accurate and that proves I was indeed pregnant but it miscarried and I no longer was.

It’s really unlikely. But you could only know for sure by taking a basic line hpt.
