Question about this app

So I know the app is estimating your ovulation based on your cycles. So lets say it estimates when you ovulate and then your period comes a little later than what was expected will the app change the date from the original expected date it guessed in the first place to the more likley day that you probably ovulated or does it just stay the same? For example lets say it guessed May 6th and your period came the 26th will the app go back and chage to show that you most likley ovulated on the 12th of May?
