Itchy/hives

I'm 4w, 5d today. Hives started popping up randomly 3 days ago, then woke me up at 4 a.m. They come and go on my sides, shoulders, back, and neck...a few on my stomach. To add to it, my hair is shedding, making my scalp really itchy. I was up for 2 hours in the night itching...because of course once I was up, I needed to eat and then pee about 700 times, hahaha! Anyway, this didn't happen with my other 2 pregnancies (both girls). I do tend to get hives if I'm too hot, but this is a first during pregnancy. Anyone else experiencing maddening itchiness?
