Is a DR for a UTI a must?

So i think i have a uti? This morning i was beyond ready to go to the dr (i HATE going, I'm definitely the walk it off type) anyway, i have felt so much better the last few hours so do i really need to see a dr? Like if it gets worse i definitely will, but i really don't want to go if I'm not really symptomatic and i haven't been the majority of the day.

A untreated UTI will turn into a kidney infection.

they have like azo and stuff for uti that you can get at the drug store but if that doesnt work then yes you need to see a doctor

Do not wait for  a uti to get worse, it is not worth it, you can get a kidney infection. 
"Remedies" don't work that well to treat (just utis specifically) , you need antibiotics.
