I’m 5’4 135 lbs and I’m still considered small so you’re ok. And I’m 23. I don’t think your age has anything to do with it. As long as you’re happy with your body and if you feel like you don’t like your body and want to change it I highly suggest eating the right foods and exercising 3x a week. Just whatever you do don’t starve yourself or skip meals 🙂
