Trying to figure out my cycle start date for ovulation tracking purposes. It's of course complicated this month bc the weekend I'm supposed to be fertile I'm out of town away from my hubby 😩 yesterday k had severe cramping, and light spotting. Around 8pm, I was bleeding more but still not what I usually do when I start. Around 3am I got up to use the bathroom this morning, and I was bleeding much more like I normally do. Do I ignore my bleeding yesterday? Did I really start yesterday or today?
