What do I do?

Question

So my son put a pan into the microwave for 10 seconds earlier and now it left burns in the microwave. It’s that’s black thing on the wall of it.

Answer

Tin foil was accidentally placed in my microwave for a few seconds and it burnt the back of it like that.  I have tried everything to get it off but have been unsuccessful 😭 it's a brand new microwave too 😭
