Curious ladies?

I am 5 weeks and 4 days pregnant for the first time, and I have experienced light spotting for about a week and a half. And a light pinching in my lower abdomen. Has anyone experienced this? How long did your spotting last, how heavy was it? And did you experience this feeling? I am worried about miscarriage symptoms.😬😔what kind of symptoms are you having???
