Low Progesterone????

Question

I have been TTC for years now. My husband and I have decided to take the next step. I have had my progesterone levels checked (they were at a 4 when they should have been in the teens) and a vaginal ultrasound. My doc says I have PCOS buuuutttt I have VERY regular periods with positive ovulation tests.    She has prescribed me clomid but I am worried it’s not going to help with the progesterone levels.  She said the clomid will make me ovulate (which I’m pretty sure I already do) and that will boost my progesterone. I am having my HSG test today to make sure my Fallopian tubes are clear. 
Has anyone had similar issues???

I had the Hsg test done right before we conceived my son. I got answers right away thank God. I had blockage in my right tube the dye cleared it. I will say it was rather painful afterwards just because of the pressure created with the dye. They do say that right after you are moat most fertile which rang true for me. We tried for 18 months and right after the test we conceived. Now my son is 1 and a half

I had an HSG done the beginning of my current cycle on day 7, so I’m hoping it will help and this will be my month 🤞 Currently on the 2nd week of my tww. 😬

Try taking Maca. It helps with the estrogen dominance and balanced your hormones. My first month taking it and I got a BFP.

It will help but you can also take OTC progesterone cream if you want.

Yep, and it will help you ovulate even though you do. My progesterone numbers range from 17-37 now on day 23.
