What’s going on?

I haven’t had a period in 115 days and yesterday I started experiencing some very light pink spotting. Not enough to see in my underwear, just when I wipe. Today I’m still experiencing the same. It hasn’t gotten any heavier or darker. I’m currently at work and experiencing some major hot flashes as well. Thoughts?
