Period or Pregnancy?

I was supposed to get AF today but instead I have very very light cramping every now and then (compared to my very obvious period cramps) and so far in the last 6 hours of having a tampon in it only has CM and a few spots of brown. I have acne on my face. Nipples are a bit tender. I had a miscarriage around Easter this year and am still waiting for my rainbow BFP.

Am I imagining symptoms?

Could this be it?

My husband and I did start taking FairHavens fertility supplements for this cycle. I am scared to test because with my miscarriage I was too weeks late and still testing negative and then in urgent care got a positive and then was told I was having a miscarriage. Also just scared of the negative.

I want to be hopeful..

TTC for 2 years
