Freezing breast milk

My son is currently 10 days old. I have been pumping and storing milk in the freezer. At this time I have been freezing 3oz at a time.

My question is, should I be freezing more? Less? My son usually drinks between 2-2.5 oz at a time. I am freezing for when I go back to work.

Any advice would be great 😁
