What is your favorite go to dessert that you eat daily? I know there are tons of recipes out there! Just looking for ideas that are simple and easy!

I also changed it up a bit and instead of heavy whipping cream and almond butter, I used whipped cream and crunchy peanut butter. And I’ll tell you what, that was one of the best desserts/snacks I have ever made while on keto! 😍

Heavy whipping cream i whip up myself... cocoa powder and stevia... that with a cup of coffee is delish

I have come to love the chocolate “frosty”. It is very decadent and that works for me bc I won’t sit and eat it all in a sitting. A few spoons of it and my fix is satisfied.

I don’t love most of the sweetener alternatives so I buy Lily’s chocolates in the bars or the chips and then make little chocolate coconut cups. I also eat redi whip cause it’s 1 net or sugar free jello. I’ve been experimenting with the Russell Stover candies too. They have maltitol which has a high GI and can cause gastrointestinal distress but I’ve just been eating one or two at a time and haven’t had any issues.
