Measuring Ahead?

Question

I am currently 9w1d based on my appts, period, etc. At our last appt-the baby was measuring 2.3cm, and I was 8w4d then. That’s the length it estimates for me being 9 weeks now. I feel like I may be measuring a week ahead, so more like 10 weeks instead of 9?
Has anyone else ever experienced this? 
The doc didn’t say anything last week when we saw her, just said we were right on track.

At my first ultrasound for both of my kids they measured two weeks ahead. The doctor told me they grow at different rates during the first trimester. Once you get into the second there is a pretty specific average they go off of. They generally will not change your due date unless you are measuring way farther ahead or behind or continue to measure ahead later into your pregnancy

That’s normal! With my first two kiddos they always measured a couple days ahead and they are healthy as can be! I’m 18 weeks with my third baby and when I went in for an ultrasound I was supposed to be 11 weeks 6 days but I measured 12 weeks 2 days. So just a couple of days and baby is super healthy. Most likely you ovulated earlier than you thought which is totally normal! Congrats momma. So happy for you!
