At home insemination?

Anyone else combining sex with insemination on the days there just isn’t time? We have did self insemination 3 times this cycle, once just half hour ago as this is ovulation day ( got my positive opk yesterday) and I’m just in from work and he is just leaving for nightshift. No idea if it will work or not but we have been aiming for every second day to increase chances whither through sex or syringe

That's how my 7 week old was conceived. I was sick during my fertile window and we actually only inseminated once. That's all it took.

Also, a really good boost is Astroglide for TTC. You can inseminate and have as much sex as you think is necessary, but if you aren't producing the right kind of cervical mucus, it's pretty impossible for his swimmers to reach the destination. Astroglide is like a slippery wet lubricant that is sperm safe and helps them to swim. If you use it right before insemination, your odds are increased so much. I got pregnant using it on the first cycle after trying for a year and a half. It's not that expensive, maybe 15 bucks and so worth it! Baby dust to you!!!
