Missed miscarriage?

I'm 6wk&6d. Last Tuesday nausea started, it got stronger Friday, and super bad Saturday. Yesterday morning it was died down alot. And then by night nearly gone. And now today nothing. My nipples aren't even sore anymore. I'm super freaked out. My hcg was checked on Thursday and my levels were amazing my midwife said. Ultrasound that Friday and it was great. Baby's heartbeat was perfect. I'm just paranoid. Had a missed miscarriage in june.
