The neighbor kids keep kicking their soccer balls into our gated/locked backyard. We don't really care, but sometimes our two big dogs are left in the yard unsupervised. When that happens, the dogs act like these balls are little gifts from heaven and go crazy! The blasts are demolished in minutes. Days later, the kids come knock on the door asking for balls that are beyond hope. My husband and I think we should handle this in different ways....
