I was on the pill for 12 years and stopped taking it in June. I had a normal period during my inactive pill week, and then I didn't start a new pack. I'm now on CD 41 and no sign of AF. I know this is somewhat common, but I feel like I'm going crazy. Does anyone have any tips on how to speed things along and get AF going again? I know it's a bit early to see a dr for meds, but was thinking maybe there's a natural alternative I could try? Thanks for your help!!
