Threatened Miscarriage 😔

I have been bleeding since August 15th. It started off as very light spotting, to what I thought was a period (that has lasted 13 days now). We just found out that we were pregnant yesterday via ultrasound. Went in to see if my ovary had been responding to Letrozole, since we were about to start a round of IUI. Now, the fact that I’m bleeding still (and have passed two large clots) has me wrecked. They did more blood work today to check my beta levels again, and told me to remain cautiously optimistic since the yolk is still measuring at a decent size. It’s so hard though.... has anyone else gone through this and has gone on to have a healthy pregnancy?
