Did Letrozole help you get pregnant?

Question

I have taken at least 6 months of Clomid in the past. I am currently on my 6th, and last, month of Letrozole. I am going to the doctor in a couple of weeks, to ask him to give me another prescription, and to increase my dosage. I am on the lowest right now, 2.5. I know it can go as high as 7.5, so I am willing to try anything.

A friend of mine just found out she was pregnant after her 3rd round of letrozole! Based on her progesterone level drawn mid cycle they were planning to increase her dose this next round but turns out she must have just ovulated later than they thought

I am on the lowest dose and just finished my 3rd round. Waiting to see if im going to start or get a positive. If the low dose is working and just needs time, in my opinion I would not go to a higher dose if not necessary. My doctor said doing so can overstimulate your ovaries. I’m doing 6 rounds of letrozole than maybe some shots.
