From a medical standpoint they’re terrible for your health. They literally squish your organs and move them in your abdomen. This can compromise their blood supply (which can lead to tissue death), inhibit their ability to function properly (for example you could get an intestinal obstruction). Sure, many many people don’t experience those effects. But why would you risk potentially life long complications, surgery and even death? Just work out and tone your body in a healthy and natural way. Besides, that will give you lasting effects. The waist trainer isn’t permanent.

I used one for 9 months and my waist was down to an xl but I never went down to my next size which I totally regret😬their totally hell you feel so sweaty the posture is annoying 24/7 but I didn’t know about the moving organs and how it affects your rib cage till after I got done using mine so I wouldn’t attempt it
