Opk reporting question

So I have Ovia, Glow and FF apps on my phone. I have been using the Clearblue digital opk's. I finally got my first blinking smiley face this morning as I had been skipping those and going straight to the solid smiley face. Glow is the only app that has the blinking one as an option. The other two apps just have negative and positive options. Do I put the blinking one in as a positive or a negative? I don't want to mess up my data. Thanks!
