HELP anal fissure or something else ??

I’ve had awful constipation and very hard stools after feeling pain after going to the toilet today I finally had a look down there and it looks like what is fissures and some sort of bruised thing idk please offer insight on the cuts and bruise idk what it is

Get some witch hazel for the pain and if itchy for the itchiness too. I had hemorrhoids when I was pregnant and that worked wonders. Also try eating more fiber or take laxatives :$

Yes, those are fissures.

You definitely have a cut. But i don't think that is bruising. It's just the coloring, possibly the start of a hemorrhoid
